In terms of Railway Board's guidelines dated 16-12-2020, the Notification for APO(Gr.B) selection against 70% quota vacancy which was issued earlier vide this office letter No. E/254/10/pt.XVI(O) dated 14-08-2020 is re-circulated herewith for giving option in the prescribed proforma, those who are willing to appear in the above selection based on the eligibility criteria as mentioned at Para.01 & 01 of the notification issued on 14-08-2020.

How to apply :

• The candidates should submit the scanned copy of their application duly filled/signed both by the candidates and controlling officer as per proforma enclosed as ANNEXURE-‘A’ with the notification and scanned copies of SC/ST certificates through the online Application form link given above as Apply Online latest by 22 hrs of 29-01-2021. The scanned copy of application form and SC certificates should be uploaded in PDF form only.

• The applications so received will be sent to concern Personnel Branch of HQ/WS/Divisional Units for verification on a later stage. The controlling officer of the candidate concerned should notify this widely amongst the staff under their control.  
  

• The willing staff, who are eligible for the above selection should be advised to keep themselves in readiness to appear in the written examination at short notice. However a formal letter will be issued from this office, after finalizing the list of eligible/willing staff.
